BigByte provides complete repair services for all technologies of optical drives, from the oldest CD-ROM to the newest Super-Combos, and service most all OEM’s. As our core business product line, BigByte has become one of the largest in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair facilities in North America.

As the exclusive factory authorized, North American warranty service & repair facility for both Panasonic and Quanta Storage, BigByte is supported by OEM factory parts and equipment. All drives are tested per factory processes and specifications.

For all drives processed, failure data reporting, RMA processing and warranty management are provided by product serial number. A historical record is maintained for each drive.

BigByte has provided out-of-warranty service and repair of various OEM tape drives for several years. BigByte also provides global warranty management and repair services for selective OEM’s on an exclusive basis.

In 1994, BigByte founded a company and established LCD and Plasma panel repair operations in Texas, and in cooperation with a major computer OEM, pioneered and capitalized all panel repair processes. Once established, BigByte exited the operations, leaving further business development to the management.

BigByte has re-entered the LCD & Plasma display market. We are now engaged in warranty management and repair services for LCD & Plasma TV and Monitor products from 1" to 65" displays with autoclave.

BigByte’s excess management program is a highly operative solution that allows manufacturers and OEM’s alike to turn these redundant and costly products into cash. Through our repair parts utilization, web based abilities, strategic partners and liquidation processes, BigByte can move your products (good or bad) in a timely manner with the highest return. The return is not the only key element to this process, but also customer confidentiality and elimination of self competition. Comprehensive reporting can also be tailored to customer needs.
